Yes. Your data is hosted on Canadian servers, protected under PIPEDA. This is not a marketing claim — it is a technical and contractual guarantee in our Terms of Service.
Can I import my data from QuickBooks or FreshBooks?
Yes. OmniDesk will include a migration wizard that imports customers, invoices, products, and transaction history from QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Xero, and any CSV file. 10 minutes, no data lost.
Do you handle GST/HST for every province?
Every Canadian province and territory. Alberta (GST 5%), Ontario (HST 13%), Quebec (GST + QST 14.975%), British Columbia (GST + PST) — all calculated automatically on every invoice.
Is the French (FR) interface complete, or just translated?
